With over 14 years of experience in research, strategic planning, program design, and leadership, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, education, health, and livelihoods across the Global South. Her work aims at improving the lives of marginalised individuals and communities through a systems change approach in order to create a more equitable world.
At the heart of Shambhavi’s mission is her commitment to building a better future for coming generations, inspired by her desire to leave a more inclusive world for her children and the future generations. She is passionate about making research and evidence accessible to all & enabling communities to harness this knowledge for making impactful transformation.
