Anoushka Pandey holds a Master’s degree in Water Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Science & Technology from Purbanchal University. Her academic journey has focused on sustainable development with a particular passion for water resource management and gender inclusion.
With experience across local NGOs, INGOs, and 501(c)(3)s in Nepal and India, Anoushka has specialized in policy development, research, and grant management in natural resource management, emphasizing women’s roles within these systems.
In her current role at Includovate as a Senior Associate Researcher, Anoushka contributes to gender-focused research on water projects in Nepal. She plays a key role in promoting sustainable, equitable water management solutions by bridging research, policy, and community needs, committed to fostering inclusive solutions.
