Diverse markets, clients, ideas and employees are demanding inclusion and challenging structures and systems that stand in their way of achieving it. It isn’t just about diversity. It includes making sure that no one in your team or department thinks you are racist, sexist, ageist, ableist – a bully or toxic. Many leaders are rolling around in shame unable to manage, let alone lead. What use to be ok is no longer acceptable. In this session, we explore this diverse new world and the kind of leadership it demands.
