Driving Impact Towards Sustainable Development, Social Inclusion and Gender Equality
We are a global, multi-disciplinary, social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and girls, marginalised communities, and other excluded groups. As a feminist research incubator, we strive to make global programmes and policies more inclusive and to reverse post-colonial legacies in academic research. We take pride in our expertise, and in understanding local, socio-development contexts across the Global South, where we work with researchers to better localise and co-create agendas. We also offer individuals, organisations, and corporations everything they need to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, and drive real, impactful change.
At Includovate, we’re passionate about creating a more equitable world, one where there is fairness, justice, and respect for all. To help create that, we need the support of multiple partners, and to foster a better understanding of the complex issues surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion. To do so, we have utilised our experience and expertise to create a wide range of DEI related support services named Includovate Pro, designed for individuals as well as development sector and humanitarian organisations.
Includovate can support you if you want to attract and retain more diverse talent, enhance innovation mindset, strengthen governance, or create a more inclusive, welcoming and productive workplace culture. We also specialise in helping organisations deliver more inclusive and effective programming. We can help you devise and monitor your DEI commitments, create an effective DEI strategy and action plan.
We are all about a transformative, and feminist evaluation approach to respond to the evaluation questions and client needs. If you are seeking a methodology or a design process that can help you work through a complicated development challenge-that involves multiple interests, norms and overlapping systems-and you want to be evidence-based, then we’re here to support you. We have a team of anthropologists, evaluators, systems thinkers, and gender and inclusion researchers waiting to tackle your problem
