Dr. Lina Khraise’s work focuses on fostering inclusive societies by evaluating the impact of development programs and policies. With expertise in development studies, feminist economics, and sociology, she holds a PhD in International Development and Policy Management exploring women’s economic inclusion.
She has contributed to multi-country impact evaluations, employing mixed-methods to assess outcomes and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Dr. Khraise has collaborated with governments, multilateral organizations, and community-based groups to expand access to education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
As Principal Researcher for Inclusive Evaluation and Learning, she applies decolonial approaches that challenge traditional power dynamics in evaluation practices. Dr. Khraise centers the voices of vulnerable communities, ensuring their lived experiences inform every stage of the evaluation process. By prioritising participatory methodologies, she seeks to generate insights that assess program effectiveness while empowering communities to shape policies that drive sustainable change.
