Eunice is an accomplished and versatile ICT professional with 15+ years’ experience in Information and Communications Technologies for Development (ICT4D) across diverse sectors, including international NGOs, research institutions, tech, hospitality, and manufacturing companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MBA-MIS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BSc.IT), both from Kenyatta University. In addition, she has earned numerous ICT professional certifications. Her passion for project management inspired her to attain the prestigious PMP certification.
Eunice is self-motivated and results-focused, with extensive experience in leveraging technology to optimize business processes while aligning ICT strategies with organizational goals, enabling effective digital transformation. Over the years she has led the design and implementation of end-to-end IT architectural solutions and IT service management roadmaps that drive digital transformation, enhance service delivery, and improve operational efficiencies, while leveraging disruptive and emerging technologies. She has successfully led the deployment of innovative digital technology solutions to enhance aid efficiency at the last mile, demonstrating her commitment to impactful and mission-driven technology leadership. Eunice’s professional experience extends to project management, policy and strategy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and systems thinking.
In her role as Head of ICT at Includovate, she provides strategic leadership in adopting digital technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, advancing the organization’s digital transformation agenda.
Eunice is passionate about mentoring young emerging leaders. This has seen her serve on advisory boards and programs such as Africa Leadership Academy (ALA) and Junior Achievers (JA), with some of her mentees excelling in regional and global competitions for their innovative projects.
