Hidaya graduated from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, with a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, after graduating she has worked on the development of private sectors to increase export and enhancing markets in Ethiopia, in a DFID funded program, this has enriched her leadership and communication skills.
Her experiences to date include both scientific and social research and in that data collection and organization, giving reports and presentation and data analysis are daily part of her works. Besides these, she has also received a certificate in bioinformatics data analysis, from University of Cape town, South Africa.
Currently, she is working on social research that promotes youth and women, and to inclusion of the vulnerable community.
