Odimbe David Bwire is a Ugandan Global Health Consultant and Evaluation Technical Expert with over 10 years of vast experience stretching from the United Nations, International and local NGOs, government to the private sector. He holds a Master of Public Health, a Master of Science in Health Services Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, amongst several other academic credentials.
Odimbe has served in several technical, operational, and strategic leadership roles and was recognised by UNICEF, UNESCO & UNDP for his contributions to research, monitoring and evaluation at a global level.
He brings strong experiences in consultancy and once headed the Monitoring, Evaluation & Research unit in a local NGO & contributed towards meta evaluations/quality reviews of international USAID- funded evaluation research studies under Education Management Systems International. He brings a strong multidisciplinary understanding and experience in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, including emerging evaluation approaches.
